The room had a comfortable bed. the location was unbeatable and convenient, situated close to a retail park just 3 miles away from Carcassonne, the city center, and Canal du Midi.

A very good way to end my trip. Good food, functional hotel, unbeatable location close to Carcassone city center. Location near to where to go, where to eat, convenient places to park at Carcassonne, as well as the outskirts of Carcassonne. Fashionable and large room, comfortable bed, free parking. Very impressed with a flat-screen TV and a chair available...

I left my camera in the hotel room and having left for the airport the hotel staff were amazing and very kind, bringing it to me at the airport within minutes. The hotel was great, comfortable and easily found - sat nav holds the wrong address though!

The staff were extremely helpful, very friendly, and our stay was very good to excellent. The location wasn't the best, but only because we were traveling by bicycle, (would be good if by car), and the bed wasn't the most comfortable (a bit hard). Sure the room was a bit 'small'compared to North American standards, but I didn't mind -- there was two of us and we did just fine moving around -- most important was how clean the room was. The breakfast was also very good (a little more offered than the standard French petit dejeuner)
The bed was a bit hard -- also would be nice to have an extra pillow -- but overall it was an excellent stay!

The hotel is in an unbeatable and magnificent location, close to various shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and a cinema. the room is new-fashioned and stylish, with a well-equipped bathroom, AC, and TV.

Clean and sataff friendly and welcomed our two labrador Dogs with open Arms. Place was fresh and easy access to the beautiful taown of Carcasonne
Nothing to dislike...... we feared road noise but had none. Will no doubt go and stay again.

Good value for our trip. Ideal hotel, air conditioned rooms and very amiable staff. Ideal magnificent location, on the outskirts of the conurbation. Also, easy to get to Sky Zone Trampoline Park Amusement Center. The rooms with great shower and a comfortable bed, for instance.

Does what is says on the box. Clean good value great staff thoroughly recommend and may stay on out return travel back through France. Ideal stopping off point en route to Spain
